Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours at hello@ladybaker.co and we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or factors outside our control.
