Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@ladybaker.co and include photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

We are unable to accept responsibility for items that have been opened, used or stored incorrectly after delivery.
