I started Lady Baker with a simple idea: homemade baking should be easy enough to fit into real life. Every jar is layered by hand, packed with quality ingredients, and designed to take away the measuring and the mess — without compromising on taste. No shortcuts on quality. Just less faff.
How it started
Lady Baker exists because homemade baking shouldn't require an hour of weighing, measuring and washing up.
I wanted mixes that didn't taste like mixes. Every jar is layered by hand with the best ingredients I could find — including Callebaut chocolate. You add butter and eggs. That's it. The results are genuinely better than anything you'd buy ready-made, and that's the whole point.
The only shortcut is the prep. Everything else is the real thing.
